From the CC87 Dream Planet, 23 light-years away, comes TOCA LOCA (nicknamed “TOCA Zai”) — a concept designer, young artist, and trend toy collector. Passionate about creative culture, he travelled to Earth to explore diverse toy art and share his home planet’s philosophy of enjoying life with our busy world.
